Ripstone Dam was identified as the highest priority dam for supplying storage capacity to dewater the 2 South Wattle pit. This required getting water from Ripstone Dam to the 2 South Wattle pit. An electric pump was needed to complete this task, so BRS were engaged to undertake the design.
BRS completed the electrical design of the MCC and associated equipment and used a sub-contractor for the mechanical design which enabled us to provide the full package for these works. BRS also followed this project through to completion by providing on site Commissioning of the Installation.
