Boral has been working internally on the hazardous area compliance of the bitumen handling and asphalt plants throughout QLD. Boral has approached BRS to provide consultation on several aspect of their compliance works across several sites.
BRS was able to assist the internal Boral operations and maintenance team to review the HA classification around their weighing hoppers and provide workable solutions to the EEHA compliance of their equipment.
Across various sites we assisted in the specification of the rectification works to allow for budgeting of the project. Throughout the project we worked closely supporting the electrical contractors in the installation and erection works, whilst finalising the HA auditing for the site and handing over the compliant HA dossier for the operators.
