BRS was employed as a Sub-Contractor to MPA Engineering to complete the detailed electrical design for the replacement of clarifier modules 3 & 4 at the Douglas Water Treatment Plant , that had come to the end of its working life span.

BRS was responsible for the complete electrical engineering package including site investigation and take offs, MCCs replacement, Power study including arc flash hazard assessment, and electrical drawing packages.

Significant work was required auditing site infrastructure to ensure tie in points were understood and documented and the new infrastructure would be easy to integrate to the brownfield site.

Upgrades to the WTP dosing process was also undertaken under this contract
