An old existing service station complex in Southport Queensland was to be removed and a new modern service centre including a fast food outlet developed on the site.
BRS was engaged by Cadway Projects to design electrical systems for the facility. Duy was entrusted with the design task while Scott worked on the project management aspects of the project. Duy had already completed similar projects with Cadway for other Clients so he was able to draw on his experience to provide an electrical solution suitable for this facility.

Service centres can be complex projects not only technically but structurally as there may be more than one party invested in achieving quality outcomes. With this project we had both Shell and Hungry Jacks involved as operators and tenants, along with the facility owner and, of course, our direct Client Cadway Projects.
With BRS also providing the electrical scope document it was a natural step to also provide electrical support to Cadway Projects during the construction phase of the project.
On completion of this facility Duy and Scott continued with Cadway Projects to complete an additional new service centre in Roseneath (Townsville) for a different owner.
