This project involved the addition of extra storage capacity and bitumen transfer facilities from; ship to storage and storage to dispensing areas. Installation included 20kl C170 Bitumen tank, hot oil heater system and heat exchangers, transfer pumps and instrumentation. Working as electrical engineering consultant with the team from TFA as Project Managers and structural / mechanical lead the project was a significant upgrade for the site and a great success for all involved.
